Job description of SAP Specialist-PP/MM

Job Responsibilities:

SAP operation supporting

l         Support SAP key-user and user of PP/MM function ,for Production/Logistic/Purchase/Quality Dept

l         Take a constant focus on correct and optimal use of the SAP system.

Operation data analysis

l         Analyze the operation data as requested/regular job ,example, Stock turnover rate, MRP policy, purchase price trend.

Business process optimization

l         Get familiar about the business process of Production/Logistic/Purchase function and have comprehensive understanding of influence to whole company.

l         Understand how to match the business process in SAP system, and to coordinate the business process both in and out of SAP system

Training

l         Provide training to end users as required on the SAP PP/MM module

l         Prepare relevant documentation to support the end user

l         Interface with Group headquarter regarding SAP support, customization adjustments and further developments

Job Requirements:

Education

A university degree holder, preferably in business administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline

SAP Skill:

Have functional expertise in the SAP PP/MM module (incl. Have knowledge of CO-PC, PS-WBS), and also have basic all-round knowledge of the SAP system (FI/CO/SD) as a whole.

Industry skill

   Good sense of business, especially for supply chain process ,just as Purchase process, warehouse management, production process of BOM/Routing setting ,and MRP policy also know-how the according process in. Preferably work experience for German companies. Minimum 3-5 years work experience.

Analytical skill

Good sense of Logical

Familiar with Exl, Access tools
