Which version of SAP R/3 are you using? 4.7c?
What database is installed? Oracle9i R2?
Is it installed on Windows Server 2003 on a real machine or running VMware workstation image?
How much disk space is left in the machine that the database is installed?

ECC6 IDES,Oracle 10i,Windows2003. about 210G disk space.
