SAP Senior Consultant (Finance & Controlling) Shanghai JOB DESCRIPTION • As a member the CDC( China Delivery Center) SAP off-shore team, responsible for the global delivery of the SAP enhancement and rollout projects in various operating units within Alcatel-Lucent group worldwide. • Be a business system analyst or team lead, coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project initiation, requirement, design, build, validation, implementation preparation, cutover and exit phases, ensure the solution is delivered with quality and satisfaction. • Liaise with the global IAD (IT Application Development) team and in-house partners, ensure the project tasks are properly assigned, managed and done. • Develop the project documentation; provide the training to the business user and IT support team. • Provide the off-shore support when the project has turned into maintenance mode – Perform Defect request, Service request and minor Enhancement request. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Min. Education level: Bachelor • Major in: Computer Science , Software Engineering or Telecommunication preferred • A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedure, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. • Excellent configuration and testing skills particularly in SAP R3 FICO is a must. • Strong knowledge in cross module design and functionality is a must. • Very good English communication skill (spoken and written) is a must. Experience of working with the global team or foreigner is highly desirable. • A proven functional/technical professional with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects and 5 years of industrial SAP project working experience is a must, preferably in telecommunication field. • At least worked on 1 project on ECC6.0 (or higher) SAP platform is a must. • Able to collaborate with global IAD and in-house partner and have a strong desire to excel. • Frequent travelling required: 20% of the time
