职位名称:Senior SAP FICO Consultant 职位地点:南京 职位薪资:15-30万(根据工作年限和面试情况定具体薪资) 职位描述: Education and Experience 1. Minimum Bachelor degree. Major in Information Technology, Software Engineering preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in SAP area including functional/technical knowledge and management experience. 3. At least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects. 4. Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience on SAP FICO implementation and support with a proven functional/technical professional with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects. 5. Strong knowledge in business process standardization and re-engineering is a must. 6. Analyst with good design and configuration skills in logistics area. 7. Good skill in specification writing to describe detailed solution and tests scenarios. 8. Strong knowledge in cross module design and functionality is a must. Specific Knowledge/Skills 1. Good knowledge in Manufacturing business especially process industry is preferred. 2. Very good English communication skill (spoken and written) is a must. Experience of working with the global team or foreigner is highly desirable. 3. Willing to travel within China and out of China. 4. Customer focus and ability to think globally across key process areas. 5. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. 6. Good presentation and communication skills. 7. Strong analytic and decision making abilities. 8. Must be a team player and able to work with and through others. 9. Hands-on, thorough and good follow-up. Area of Responsibility 1. As a SAP Manager of the China IT Service Center, oversee and manage the delivery of the SAP projects and enhancements in various business groups/units within RGE group Great China including China Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau. 2. Lead the system support when the project has turned into maintenance mode – Perform Defect request, Service request and minor Enhancement request. 3. Provide leadership and manage internal SAP FICO&Logistical team (~15 FTEs) and external IT service providers. 4. Maintain a close working relationship with Infrastructure team and the global Averis team. 5. Be a business system analyst or project manager in the project, coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project initiation, requirement, design, build, validation, cutover and exit phases, ensure the solution is delivered with quality and satisfaction. 6. Analyze and evaluate business requirements and translate them into business solutions. 7. Identify opportunities for business process improvements.
