Some germany company will send me to Germany for training 3 month, they do BW and mySAP CRM
May I know, what is is the difference between mySAP CRM and the other modules, like FI, BW...
I am a Java programmer, newbe to SAP.

BW是一个综合性的科目,做BW一定要对各个模块的业务有了解,不需要特别精通,要对ABAP开发熟练!

目前国内做的BW项目，多数都在做报表，但是真正对企业未来业务有利的“数据挖掘”却很少做。

CRM application like EBP sounds similar to R3, but the behaviors are weird in BW though. I have created 4 ODS on CRM EBP in IBM.

BW have two different consultants: Technology Consultant and Solution Consultant.
Technology consultant most of time is from Basis which response for Administration & Performance
Solution consultant are from Functional consultant and need to know report and query.
BW versions - BW current support 3.X
NetWeaver --> BW 3.5
WAS 620 -> BW 3.0B, BW 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 (add-on)
More customers are using BW now.

目前在中国，还没有一个SEM项目，所以那些说我是做BW&SEM的人，都是在吹牛。中国人很多时候就是不诚实，喜欢夸大其词，这和SAP这样一个严谨的软件实在是格格不入。

SEM倒是有，但是很少，不过POC的SEM项目倒是很多。
BW啊？呵呵，俺考了个PA，但是对BW实在没兴趣，也就不做了。

其实我发现系统的解决方案一定要在完善真实业务流程的基础上才有意义，不然反而会消化不良。。。
