下面我想分别介绍工厂维护（PM）应用模块的功能和过程。主要针对PM初学者、选择该模块的管理人员和实施人员。
介绍顺序
首先是PM应用模块的概述，接下来是分过程和功能详细说明，顺序大致如下：

6. 技术系统的改进与构筑（Improving and Constructing Technical Systems）
7. 维修任务处理过程详细说明（Improving and Constructing Technical Systems）
8. 复杂维修任务和项目的计划和处理（Planning and Processing Complex Maintenance Tasks and Projects）
9. 可修复件的更新（Refurbishment of Repairable Spares）
10. 外部服务描述（Representing External Services）
11. 维修分析（Maintenance Analyses）
术语表
在调研中我们发现许多公司在设备维修过程中经常使用不同的术语，即便是同一术语，在不同的公司也有不同的解释。例如“维修请求”“维修通知单”和“维修订单”等术语在不同的公司意思也不尽相同。
为了使大家在理解的过程中尽可能的一致，在功能细说的最后放上一个词汇表，以供查询。
不当之处，请指正。
