这是我从SAP站点上找到的解决方案，就是修改一个注册表的键值，原文如下：

Manual modification (not recommended !)

You can also create this registry value manually:

n Start Registry Editor (Start -> Run -> regedit.exe)

n Select the following key in the Windows registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_DISABLE_MK_PROTOCOL]

n Select "New" -> "DWORD Value"

Value Name: sapshow.exe

Value: 0x00000000【注：新建DWORD键后默认值就是这个】
