1.SAP Application Consultant (FI/CO) SAP 应用顾问(财务控制模块)

Major Responsibilities

· Implementation of SAP FICO system for Bayer.

· Provide SAP FICO module supporting and training for Bayer.

· Provide SAP FICO consultant service to customer.

Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor degree in computer science or finance and accounting

· At least 3 years working experience on application system development and support?

· Familiar with SAP FICO modules

· Good communication

2.SAP Finance/Controlling Consultant

 

JOB DESCRIPTION (Environment / Missions)

 

· Analyse business requirements and propose appropriate systems or revisions that meet business needs.

. Parti***te to local or international projects

· Develop system and program specifications required to deliver IS solutions.

· Develop computer programs (ABAP, SAP Scripts) according to the program specifications

· Ensure that proper system, program, and computer operations documentation is developed and maintained.

· Develop necessary user documentation and conduct user training.

· Implement SAP solutions including global, regional and local applications

. Provide SAP Application support

. Communicate system problems to TIS colleagues and external consultants

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE (Education / Experience / Behavior)

 

· University degree in Computing Science or related areas with 5-8 years of IT experience. (3-5 years for Analyst programmer)

. At least 5 years SAP customizing experience on FI, CO

· Must possess a strong understanding of programming and systems design principles.

· Must have solid experience in application development and implementation.

· Must have good verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese.

· Must work well as a member of a cohesive team.

· Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure with tight schedules

. Must have good understanding of SAP functional modules and database

3.This role is a global workflow analyst role that will be providing operational support to end users primarily in Finance (Customer Financial Services, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. The job duties vary based on the experience and level of the individual. They are a combination of some or all the following: • Service Center Help desk support for the above sub processes. • Provide Training with rationale using following techniques - outlook, net meeting, class room, one on one, SAP • Defines and implements automated solutions ie. reports • Security approval and review. • Evaluates, recommends workflow or procedural solutions • Test new functionalities or tools - Assists Global Bus Process Stewards • Parti***tes on projects and aids in implementing across geographies (may need to travel in Asia or outside) • Assists in creating or modifying documentation of Global business process procedures and workflows. • Leads small and medium projects as skill base develops. • Understands the business process organization, issue escalation process, e Biz project management process, and educates users where applicable. • Proper spec writing for outsource/ off shore programmers. This position is on the BPIT career ladder with potential for advancement based on performance and skills.
