I don't know anything about 'config to order'.
But there are other processes, i.e., 'Make-to-Order' Production Process, Resources-related billing that may be relevant to what you described.
Can you explain your steps starting from sales order creation?
In MTO process, Order Settlement is involved, and in Resources related billing, DP90 etc.

记忆中联想,Dell有所谓CTO 的生产方式,但是没有接触过这些,对此不是很了解.
应该是和Make-to-order的生产方式类似.

我们SO里面是取得material master 里面的standard price, 但是在billing vprs 里面取得是GR for PO 的价格， 不知道是怎么取得，哪位大虾可以讲讲vprs 定价的逻辑顺序

do you use costing-based PA?
we use Costing-based COPA, and there are reconciliation issues for COGS (i.e., VPRS). if you search in SAP OSS, there are a lot of notes explaining VPRS.
What do you mean by 'GR for PO 的价格'? because in your first post, you mentioned 'value in GR for Production order'. Does PO mean purchase order or production order?
