Position Title:          Application Program Manager Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Solutions(Vega)

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities of this position are related to the management of all application solutions delivered and utilized for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain programs within the Delphi organization regionally.  Some of the specific responsibilities of this role include:

·        Operating as primary point of contact with regional ADM vendors for day-to-day interactions on solution delivery for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain programs

·        Understanding and communicating to regional ADM vendors near term (less than six months) demand forecast for solution delivery services for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain programs

·        Providing regional information to the Global Program Manager Manufacturing & Supply Chain Solutions to work with the Supply Management team on longer term (more than six months) demand forecasting

·        Monitoring and tracking application solution delivery execution (quality, cost, milestones) for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain programs in the region across all towers

·        Monitoring compliance and utilization of project management process

·        Assisting with new regional investment application budgets as approved by ITEs and project prioritization process

·        Identifying project issues for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain programs and escalating them as appropriate after working with ITEs, Enterprise Architecture, and Supply/Vendor Management teams as necessary

·        Parti***ting in measuring regional project benefits achievement for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain programs

·        Ensuring regional compliance with release management and change management practices

Educational Requirements:    

·        Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, manufacturing and supply chain, or equivalent

·        5 - 7 years relevant work experience.
