Let me try. In some cases that employees don't work but still get paid (including bonuses), valuating the absences they would get as if they had worked is needed. Such principle is called "as if" principle. One example is the case when employees are asked not to come to work due to the temporary lack of orders, they are still paid with salary and bonuses but Overtimes are not taken into account for sure.
Do I make it clear? Let me know.

I'm not sure about this one but probably it is unless people don't get 100% paid (including bonuses) when they take "工伤假" in your company. You might like to double check that with other people.
