这个问题我也遇到过，还不知道怎么解决，问题是这样的：
在做cross-company stock transfer参考交货单VL02N作LT03拣货时，出现同样的提示。
环境：IDES，从工厂2000库存地0001发货，这个库存地属于Lean WM 020，库存足够。

状态栏下出现错误提示
物料1300-260不存在或未激活
消息号 M3305
Diagnosis
You wanted to display or process data on the material 1300-260. However, the material does not yet exist; that is, it has not yet been created, or its creation has been scheduled, but the material has not yet been activated.
Procedure
Check and correct your entry.
原因：物料1300-260不存在仓库020中
处理：MM01创建物料1300-260到仓库020中
结果：仍然出现同样错误

建议检查以下2个配置：
1， SM30 输入V_T3002，选择Maintain进去，确定仓库号配置为Lean WM。
2， SM30 输入V_T3202，选择Maintain进去，确定Lean WM Level不能为0。
再重新测试。

2， SM30 输入V_T3202，选择Maintain进去，确定Lean WM Level不能为0： --3: Lean WM in connection with deliveries only for removal。

忘记说明一点，检查上边几个配置之后，重新创建新Delivery测试。我记得是不用重建WM试图，建议重新创建一个物料，做Delivery Picking之前，先做GR增加Stock。

呵呵，我估计之前的库存不是通过正常途径进入Lean WM的，所以没法关联起来。

这两天在做SD测试时，又遇到同样的问题，整了我一个晚上都没搞定。已经按照以下HELP中的步骤一个一个检查了，可还是出现1楼中的错误。

Use In order to be able to use Lean WM in your warehouse, you must first execute the following settings in Customizing for Shipping. Procedure In Customizing for Shipping, choose Picking ® Lean-WM. | Customizing Activity | Path | What You Should Know | | Defining control parameters and number ranges for the warehouse number | ® Define control parameters and number ranges for the warehouse number | In the SAP standard version, warehouse number 100 is preset for Lean WM. We recommend that you always use warehouse number 100 as a warehouse to copy when you implement Lean WM. | | Defining storage type for Lean WM | ® Define storage type | In the SAP standard version, different examples of Lean WM storage types are preset in warehouse number 100. We recommend setting up, as a minimum, the following storage types: - One storage type as the source storage type with one or several fixed bins
- A shipping area as the destination storage type for deliveries
- Storage type 902 (goods receipt for external deliveries) if you are working with inbound deliveries

其中红色部分有些不解： One storage type as the source storage type with one or several fixed bins 字义一个带一个或多个固定仓位的存储类型，在Lean WM中如何体现它是固定仓位的存储类型，以及这种存储类型及其下的fixed bins又如何关联到物料主数据，或在做pick时系统如何识别它？
是否跟full WM一样，为这种存储类型，如storage type 005：
1, 定义F的入库策略和P的出库策略；
2, 为storage type 005创建一个或几个fixed bins；
3, 在物料主数据Plant data / Storage 2 中维护这个fixed bin，及picking area
查看系统，Lean WM并不存在像Full WM一样的storage type search table，picking所用的sourse bin应该来自于“® Control Plant / Storage Location / Warehouse Number Assignment”的设置；Destination storage则来自“® Define movement types” 的设置。

问题1： Lean WM不算严格意义的WM，所以没有任何仓位管理。这里说的Fixed Bin是实际的物理管理方法，和系统没有直接对应关系。
问题2： Plant data / Storage 1 中是有Picking Area字段的，输入Storage Location才会出现。（注意，不是WM 1视图！）

对的，对于问题1，fixed bin可以在Plant data / Storage 1的“storage bin”中定义；
对于问题2，是我看错成了WM 1视图了，Plant data / Storage 1视图的确有个picking area的字段；
另外，根据HELP提到，可以把不同的Picking Area当成不同的picker，还不知道这样的场景如何设置？

不同的Picking Area当成不同的picker，这个就是在打印的TO上显示Picking Area，据此分配任务就是了。
