Lead FICO Track in implementation and Rollout project. Plan, Conduct and Lead Business Blueprint workshops, Solution design, Configuration, Conduct Testing , plan cutover activities and support data migration. May need to  
make presentations to customers and write ERP proposals.

Requirements

Accounting experience in consulting environment.
Knowledge of IAS/US GAAP/IFRS preferred
Excellent communication skill in Mandarin and English. Japanese preferred
Work Experience  

8 to 10 years industry/consulting experience.  
At least three End-to-End Implementation as FI/CO Solution Consultant
About 6-8 years consulting experience prefer

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1.Degree in Engineering (BE, MCA, MBA, MSc )
2.Strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities with an ability to balance theory and practical reality.
3.Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.
4.Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.
5.Self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation capabilities, especially in driving consensus among senior technical resources.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
1.Gathering user requirements and determining the scope of the project
2.Recommending reporting and infrastructure solutions to customers
3.Undertaking high quality implementation work in SAP Business Objects products
4.Management of long-term, complex projects
5.Resolving simple to very complex reporting and implementation issues of clients
6.Provide knowledge transfer to customers
7.Leverage knowledge of data warehouse and software development methodologies to contribute to the overall planning of projects by recommending approaches, identifying resources, and developing timelines.
8.Develop and foster a collaborative working relationship with clients. Works collaboratively with Business Objects team, consultants, project managers, and corporate development to develop consulting and project methodology, techniques, tools, and solutions.
9.Provide guidance, assistance, and training opportunities to team members and client staff.
10.Ramp up the existing team by mentoring the team on projects and conducting internal trainings/workshops.

WORK EXPERIENCE
1.7-10 years experience building Business Objects Solutions, data warehouse and business intelligence solutions required.
2.3+ years experience as a technical/data architect lead managing data modeling resources and coordinating multiple architects responsible for development, data integration, and business intelligence.
