Sr. SharePoint Architect

Responsibility:

·Understand business processes and how underlying configuration and data supports or enables related processes

·Gather, analyze, refine and document business requirements

·Assess and recommend appropriate technology for solutions

·Configure solutions with a focus on providing business value

·Test and implement solutions

·Support and enhance solutions, continually looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness

·Support the development of Shure's SharePoint Governance

·Assists others in the organization with SharePoint knowledge at a level of understanding appropriate to their job function

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum of 6 years in Microsoft.NET development experience

Minimum of 3 years of SharePoint experience with in depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, and SharePoint Designer 2007

Development experience with Web Parts and Microsoft.

Experience in MOSS Error Tracing, Debugging Web Parts, Debugging Event Handlers, and Debugging Site Definitions

Experience with Microsoft Office InfoPath Forms Services and SharePoint Templates

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels both verbally and in writing

Has a full understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures.

Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for difficult assignments and of diverse scope

Knowledge with ECM technologies such as Documentum, FileNet, or LiveLink

Knowledge of Active Directory, load balancing and clustering with the ability to provide recommendations on related configurations

SAP Integration experience desired

MCSD or MCSD.NET experience desired
