Help: sap1.yok.com.cn - Unable to Access from office
 

Hi Sap Club Admin,

I can access sap1.yok.com.cn from home, but when trying in office, the connection timed out and refused.

I can ping to to sap1.yok.com.cn and my network support did a trace from end and end, there was no problem. But, I am unable to connect from sap logon on office network. The configuration is correct, since it works perfectly at home.

The network support would like to know which port I should connect to for this server. Are you able to help?

登陆不上服务器的可能问题：
   a）DNS,新增一个DNS:202.96.134.133
   b）防火墙端口限制：3201,3301,3601,4701,4801（其中每个端口的后两位是系统编号）

Hi Clover,

Thank you so much for the information. Please help with the following:

(1) The Port Number given: 3201,3301,3601,4701,4801
Are these TCP or UDP port number?
(2) The IP address for sap1.yok.com.cn shows as 59.40.43.11 when trying to ping it, is this the IP for the server?
(3) What is 'DNS,新增一个DNS:202.96.134.133'?
