要求:
SAP experience gained from previous implementation and/or support roles, with experience of SAP R3 4.7. At least one full cycle of implementation, and 1-3 years of SAP hand-on experience in BW module;
Ability to work within and share knowledge across a globally connected team with a common vision.
Positive, collaborative and solution oriented attitude.
Experience with help desk management tools and techniques.
Flexibility to provide support to users in different time zones.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive IT knowledge and experience is a plus.
Thorough understanding of service business concepts and processes is a plus.
BS or BA in business or technical area or equivalent level of experience.
