新手上路，请教两个问题

请各路高手前来指导：
1. When can I close the work order when a PO has been created over the work order? after the payment is done?
2. If there is a new functional location created, is there something to do with Finance dept. about the fixed assets?

1.we have 2 kinds of work order close action:technical close and business close.after you finish the maintenance work,that's means you have done goods receipt purchase order,goods issue or time confirmation action. in a word,all the cost should be captured by work order. then you can technical close the work order. the business close action should be taken after the work order settlement action .I think work order close action has nothing to do with payment.payment aways happens after the invoice verification
2.you can fill some fields like cost center.....
